Currently, I am exploring the medium of clay as an extension of sculpture. I work intuitively, from the gut, creating highly textured, raw surfaces, then glaze them to enhance those visceral qualities.

This is what I’m after: to reflect and respect my inner experience in an honest and brutal way, but with tenderness. I hope that those who see these works might identify with or recognize something of themselves in them.
